BEFORE IT BLOOMS Privacy Policy
This policy applies to BEFORE IT BLOOMS for iOS and Android, bundle/package com.gobirds.beforeitblooms, published by Green Bean Studio. The game works without an account.
Information stored on your device
Gameplay progress, active gardens, settings, statistics, notification preferences, streaks, journal unlocks, and entitlement state are stored locally. BEFORE IT BLOOMS does not upload garden move history. Local data can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling, subject to platform backup and restore behavior.
Purchases and verification
Optional purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Green Bean Studio does not receive your full payment-card details. To confirm or restore Premium, BEFORE IT BLOOMS sends the store-provided purchase proof, product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase time, platform, and restore status to Green Bean Studio’s first-party HTTPS verification service.
The service verifies current purchase state with Apple or Google to provide access, prevent fraud and replay, and respond to refunds or revocations. Verification records may be retained as reasonably necessary for entitlement operation, disputes, fraud prevention, security, and law.
Product analytics
When a production build is configured with Firebase Analytics, BEFORE IT BLOOMS sends pseudonymous app-install, device, coarse-region, app-lifecycle, purchase, and low-cardinality interaction events. They help Green Bean Studio measure onboarding, puzzle completion, retention, and purchase reliability.
BEFORE IT BLOOMS does not send puzzle move history, free-form text, names, email addresses, or account IDs to analytics. Advertising-ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the app. Analytics is inactive when the production Firebase configuration is absent.
Crash reports
When a production build is configured with Sentry, BEFORE IT BLOOMS may send technical crash diagnostics such as stack traces, app version, device model, operating-system version, and timing information. Names, email addresses, garden moves, and directly identifying profile data are not intentionally attached. Crash reporting is inactive when Sentry is not configured.
Notifications
Daily Garden reminders are optional and scheduled locally on the device. They can be disabled in BEFORE IT BLOOMS or system settings.
What BEFORE IT BLOOMS does not use
BEFORE IT BLOOMS has no advertising SDK, account system, precise-location collection, contact access, behavioral advertising, or cross-app tracking. It does not use lives, energy, loot boxes, or consumable hints.
Your choices
- Decline notification permission or disable Daily Garden reminders.
- Clear local app data or uninstall BEFORE IT BLOOMS.
- Contact Green Bean Studio with privacy, purchase, or deletion questions.
Children
BEFORE IT BLOOMS is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
This policy will be updated when BEFORE IT BLOOMS’s data practices materially change. Store disclosures and this policy are reviewed against the production release configuration.
