Copyable Sheet Status

The public Green Bean template is being prepared from a private working version. The copy link will be added here after the template is cleaned and safe to distribute.

Setup

First Run Checklist

  1. Make a copy of the tracker into your Google Drive.
  2. Review the sample tasks and replace them with your own rooms, systems, owners, and repeat intervals.
  3. Choose the Google Calendar where maintenance reminders should appear.
  4. Run the calendar sync once, approve the Google permissions, and confirm the test reminder appears.
  5. Turn on the recurring trigger only after the test event looks right.

Permissions

The template needs access to the copied spreadsheet and the calendar you choose. Green Bean does not receive your task list or calendar data.

Troubleshooting

If reminders do not appear, check the calendar ID, run the sync manually, and make sure the next due date is not blank.

Disable sync

Remove the Apps Script trigger or delete generated events from the selected calendar. Your sheet still works as a manual tracker.
