Copyable Sheet Status
The original version is being rebuilt as a clean Green Bean template. V1 will support manual listing entry first, with automatic detail extraction treated as experimental until there is a stable and policy-safe path.
Setup
First Run Checklist
- Copy the planner template once the public Sheet is published.
- Paste listing URLs and fill in address, price, beds, baths, showing time, and personal notes.
- Set your payment assumptions for down payment, rate, tax, insurance, and HOA.
- Mark homes as shortlisted and sort by priority or showing time.
- Use the route helper to open selected addresses in Google Maps.
Permissions
The v1 planner is spreadsheet-first and does not require a Green Bean account. If a route helper is added, it only needs access to the copied sheet.
Troubleshooting
If a route does not open correctly, check that each selected row has a complete address and remove extra notes from address cells.
Listing extraction
Automatic extraction is intentionally not the default. Manual entry is more reliable and avoids brittle scraping.
